Hands-on class making two kinds of kimchi —a vegan kimchi that’s not so spicy and a traditional spicy Korean kimchi. Sample with rice and take some home. Instructor: Narry Cinelli—Sign up with Narry on her cell at (310) 429-3096. Materials: one or two 8-12oz mason jars.
